The work on the track is only a part of the track workout.
Team Boss pros Kate Grace and Katie Rainsberger led us through a workout from start to finish. Warmup drills, easy jogging, repeats, and cool down. Then coach Jake led a down-regulation exercise dedicated to helping our bodies start the recovery process.
